Pinfang was founded in the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. In Suzhou in the last century, there was a saying that “listen to the opera to Wuyuan, drink tea to Pinfang”. The status of Pinfang tea house can be seen. In 2008, Pinfang tea house moved to Pingjiang road. The old taste of tea, wine, snacks and snacks, which has lasted for 130 years, continues on this old street. The facade of Pinfang tea house is not big. There are scattered seats on the first floor and private rooms and elegant seats on the second floor. The tables and chairs are typical of Ming and Qing Dynasties. The “Rainbow” refers to the new creative snack – liucaixiaolong, which is launched by Pinfang tea company. According to the chef of Pinfang tea house, the inspiration of LIUCai Xiaolong comes from the local colorful tangtuan in Guangfu, Suzhou.
